Bone loss can due to various factors. It can result from tooth loss, trauma, periodontal disease, tooth extraction or removable dentures which did not fit well enough. Patients with these sympthoms might experience discomfort, difficulty in chewing or speaking, lacking of self-confidence. In this case, bone replacement taken from the patient's chin can be used to rebuild the lost bone to support the implants!
